Structural Features
● High-voltage windings are made of enameled or film-covered copper wire, while low-voltage windings are made of copper foil. The high-voltage windings are filled with glass fiber felt. Epoxy resin is poured without filler in a vacuum state, which solidifies into a strong whole after curing, resulting in high mechanical strength, low partial discharge, and high reliability.
● Flame retardant, explosion-proof, environmentally friendly, and non-polluting. Can be installed at the load center.
● The core material adopts high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets in a fully stepped jointed structure.
● The coils are not hygroscopic, and the core and clamps are treated with special processes to operate in high relative humidity and other harsh environments. No moisture treatment is required for intermittent operation.
● High resistance to short-circuits, lightning strikes, and large overload capacity.
● Thin resin insulation layers on both the inner and outer sides of the coil result in excellent heat dissipation performance.
● Low losses, good energy-saving effects, economical operation, and maintenance-free.
● Small size, lightweight, occupies little space, and easy to install.
