Power Transformer S□-M Series Oil Immersed Power Transformer The S□-M series three-phase oil-immersed transformer produced by our company adopts fully filled, sealed corrugated oil tank. The tank body adjusts its elasticity to accommodate the expansion of the oil while meeting the heat dissipation requirements. The transformer features a new insulation structure, enhancing its short-circuit resistance. The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. Both high and low-voltage windings use oxygen-free copper conductors arranged in a multi-layer cylindrical structure. All fasteners undergo special anti-loosening treatment. The product is characterized by high efficiency and low losses, leading to significant savings in energy consumption and operational costs. It has been widely utilized in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, ports, airports, and other locations.

Structural Features

The core is made of high-performance, high-magnetic permeability silicon steel sheets, resulting in low no-load losses.

The high-voltage winding adopts a layered structure. Low-voltage windings up to 500KVA are layered, while those above 630KVA adopt a new spiral structure. This design enhances mechanical strength, ensures balanced winding distribution, and improves the product's short-circuit resistance.

Additional positioning structures are added to the body to prevent displacement during transportation. All fasteners are equipped with locking nuts to prevent loosening during long-term operation. The product features a fully sealed structure, and the vacuum oil filling process is used during encapsulation to eliminate moisture from the transformer, ensuring isolation between the transformer oil and the external air, preventing oil aging, and improving operational reliability. Pressure release valves, temperature gauges, gas relays, and other components are included to ensure safe operation.

The corrugated oil tank design simplifies the manufacturing process, enhances mechanical strength, ensures good welding effects, and reduces the likelihood of leakage. Additionally, the strong fluidity of the oil improves heat dissipation.

This product boasts an aesthetically pleasing appearance, compact size, and small footprint, making it an ideal maintenance-free solution.
