Structural Features

● The box structure is available in both vertical and horizontal designs. The shell is made of 2mm high-quality stainless steel sheet, formed through multiple folding processes (or using stainless steel double-layer composite panels with honeycomb structure, offering features such as flame resistance, environmental friendliness, heat insulation, and anti-condensation). Special stainless steel welding techniques are employed, ensuring high overall strength and a mirror-like surface finish without visible weld seams. Internally, beams (plates) are treated with hot-dip galvanizing process to prevent corrosion for up to twenty years. The box features front and rear doors for easy user operation and maintenance, with high resilience and aging-resistant sealing strips surrounding the doors. Each door is equipped with both bright and dark locks, with the bright locks featuring rainproof covers to prevent blockage and rust. The metering room is fully enclosed with a lead sealing device. The box's side is equipped with cable conduits for rain and foreign object protection, while the bottom has ventilation holes and cable outlet holes, and the top has ventilation ducts and wire mesh. It offers functions such as waterproofing, rust prevention, dust prevention, and foreign object prevention, with a protection rating of IP54.
