Technical Solution
■ Main Circuit
● The main circuit of the GGD cabinet has been designed with 129 schemes, totaling 298 specifications (excluding schemes and specifications derived from changes in auxiliary circuit functions and control voltage).
○ GGD1 type has 49 schemes and 123 specifications.
○ GGD2 type has 53 schemes and 107 specifications.
○ GGD3 type has 27 schemes and 68 specifications.
● The main circuit schemes were selected based on feedback from various design and user departments, with additional consideration given to schemes required by power plants. These schemes are suitable for rated currents up to 3150A and are appropriate for distribution transformers up to 2000KVA.
● Additionally, to meet the requirements of reactive power compensation, GGJ1 and GGJ2 reactive compensation cabinets have been designed, consisting of 4 main circuit schemes and a total of 12 specifications.
■ Auxiliary Circuit
● The design of the auxiliary circuit is divided into two parts: the supply and distribution scheme and the power plant scheme. There is sufficient space inside the BGD cabinet for installing secondary components. Additionally, we have developed a dedicated LM23D current transformer to meet the needs of power plants and special users for additional relay protection.
■ Busbar
● Considering price competitiveness and the feasibility of using aluminum instead of copper, single aluminum busbars can be used for rated currents up to 1500A, while double copper busbars can be used for rated currents exceeding 1500A. Manufacturers produce prototypes according to this specification and pass type tests. Of course, manufacturers can also replace aluminum busbars with copper busbars of the same current-carrying capacity according to user requirements. The joint surfaces of the busbars are treated with tinning process.
■ Options for Electrical Components
● The GGD cabinet mainly adopts domestically mass-produced advanced electrical components. While adhering to economic and rational principles, some available older products such as DZ10D and D220 are retained based on feasibility considerations, avoiding the use of obsolete products.
● The HD13BX and HS13BX rotary-operated knife switches are specialized components designed to meet the unique structural requirements of the BGD cabinet. They alter the operation method of the mechanism while retaining the advantages of older products, representing a practical new type of electrical component.
Operating Environment Requirements
● Ambient air temperature: -5°C to +40°C; the daily average temperature should not exceed +35°C. If it exceeds this range, the capacity should be derated according to the actual situation.
● Altitude: 4000m and below.
● The air should be clean, with relative humidity not exceeding 50% at the highest temperature of +40°C. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, for example, 90% at +20°C, but considering temperature changes, occasional condensation may occur.
● The installation inclination should not exceed 5°, and the entire cabinet row should be relatively flat (in accordance with GBJ232-82 standards).
● Switchgear should be installed in places without severe vibration and impact, and where electrical components are not subjected to corrosion.
