● The HXGN□-12ZF(R) fixed-type metal-enclosed switchgear cabinet (referred to as the ring main unit, RMU) is suitable for AC 50Hz, 10KV networks as a breaking load and for short-circuit and closing short-circuit currents. This RUM is equipped with manual and electric spring mechanisms to operate the load switch, and the grounding switch and isolating switch are equipped with manual operating mechanisms. The RUM has strong completeness, small size, no fire or explosion hazard, and reliable "five prevention" functions.
Operating Environment Requirements

Daily average relative humidity: ≤95%
Daily average water vapor pressure not exceeding 2.2kPa;
Monthly average relative humidity: ≤90%
Monthly average water vapor pressure not exceeding 1.8kPa.
● Altitude≤4000m
● The surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by corrosive or combustible gases, water vapor, etc.
● No severe vibration.
Technical Requirements
● This RUM uses air as the insulating medium and is mainly equipped with FZN□-12/630 type vacuum load switch. The main configurations include incoming cabinets and outgoing cabinets. When assembling the FZN□-12/630 type vacuum load switch, the RUM must meet all the corresponding technical requirements of the FZN□-12/630 type vacuum load switch.
■ Incoming Line Cabinet Scheme
○ Within the cabinet's main circuit, there is one FZN□-12/630 type vacuum load switch, equipped with an isolating knife-switch, and optionally can be equipped with an earthing knife-switch. All three are installed on the same frame with interlocks, enabling operations for connecting the busbar, isolating, and earthing at three positions. The cabinet can also be flexibly equipped with CT/PT and other components.
■ Outgoing Line Cabinet
○ Within the main circuit of the cabinet, there is one FZN□-12/630 type vacuum load switch, a fuse with an impactor (acting as an isolating switch), and an earthing knife-switch, allowing for three-position operations. The cabinet can also be flexibly equipped with CT/PT and elements such as the YH series arrester, so that the need for a measuring cabinet can be eliminated in some cases. Both the incoming and outgoing line cabinets are equipped with insulation protection panels interlocked with the earthing switch. Mechanical interlocks are used between each switch, the insulation protection panels, and the cabinet doors, achieving the 'five prevention' requirements. The enclosure protection level of the cabinet is IP2X.
